- All conference fees include continental breakfast and lunch each day.
- Fees refundable until September 23 with the exception of a $15 nonrefundable registration fee.
- Fees are 100% nonrefundable after September 24.
- Fees may be transferred to another registrant by request.
- On sites registrations, please add $30.
*Member Discounts: To be eligible for member registration fees, you must be a current member of The International Dyslexia Association (IDA) or The Colorado Council for Learning Disabilities (CCLD). Your membership number is on publications mailed through your organization. If your membership is not current, your discounted registration will not be accepted. If you are a new member and are having a problem registering please email ida_rmb@yahoo.com.
**Student Discounts: Full-time students receive a discount off conference fees. Please register online and mail or fax (303-557-0975) a copy your current college identification card from the institution that you are attending to qualify.

Scholarships
The Rocky Mountain Branch of the International Dyslexia Association invites you to apply for a branch scholarship
if you do not have funds from other resources such as your school, district, the BOCES, CDE, etc. Please

Registration Confirmation
You will receive confirmation of your registration via email. This confirmation, along with your certificate of attendance received at the end of the conference, will serve as your receipt (if required) for reimbursement from your district.
When you arrive at the conference, please check in at the registration area to receive your name badge, handouts,
schedule and session schedule.
Payment
Registration will only be available online via this web site. Conference fees may be paid using credit card (Visa or MasterCard) or check. Invoicing or the use of purchase orders is available; however, please understand that for early registration discounts we will need your payment by the deadline stated on the registration form. If the check is not postmarked by the deadline the fee will increase.
Registrations will not be confirmed until payment is received. If you are not paying personally for your registration, please check with the people issuing the check to ensure that it has been sent.

If check is not received by September 24, registration must be done on site. On site registrations will carry an additional $30 fee and session choices may be limited.
Cancellation and refund policy
All registrations have a non-refundable $15 fee. There are no refunds after September 24, 2008. You are welcome
to transfer your registration to another person.
